POSTCARD: "The Brewing Process" ca. 1980 ________________________ p> Another of the postcards sold in the museum's gift store, in this case during the 1980s. The card depicts an interactive educational display that was housed in the museum's east wing. The exhibit used a series of lights and sounds to demonstrate the process by which beer is made. The display, originally built in 1948, fetched 500 pounds at auction following the closing of the Museum.
