POSTCARD: "Chelsea Chapter" ca. 1972 hr>PB's famous Chelsea chapter is said to have formed within days of the release of The Prudent Boozer's Handbook in 1880. The chapter's leader, Willy Loeb, erroneously claimed that the group was "the first chapter ever formed". In fact, this distinction goes to the Llanvihangel Crucorney chapter, formed two years earlier by Henry himself before he completed the Handbook.
