CONE TOP BEER CAN ca. 1935
hr>In 1935 - a few years after Prohibition ended - several American companies began to manufacture novel "cone top" beer cans that featured a protruding spout for added convenience. When it became known that HNIII was a collector of these vessels, a steady supply of them began to arrive at the museum by air mail. The collection retains over two dozen mint condition examples.
