PATENT FOR "TIPPLER" PROSTHETIC DEVICE ca. 1916
________________________
p>
In 1916, Cyril Kent-Dudley, Henry's loyal friend and supporter, tragically lost his right arm below the elbow in a hot air ballooning accident. During Kent-Dudley's stay in London's Westminster Hospital, HNIII paid a team of prosthetic surgeons to devise a way for Kent-Dudley to continue Nursing the Third once he had recovered.
